    Short but somewhat intense, for me that is...

    -10x5 LC c&j 2*24kg in 10 min. w/each set starting at the top of each min.

    -2x20 swings 2*24kg w/45 sec rest between the two, next week will cut rest to 35 sec. One set of 40 here i come

    15 snatches l,r 16kg bell
    renegade manmaker 5x5 2*24kg bells
    Below work done as circuit
    -kb front sqaut 4x5 32kg &24kg bell switching sides each set
    -guard attack 4x5 32kg &24kg bell switching sides each set
    -windmills 5x5 2*24kg bells
    rest about 90sec. to 2 min between sets

    -KB front squat 4x5 (w/32kg & 24kg bell switching sides each set)
    -guard attack 5x5 (2*24kg)
    -windmills 5x5 (2*24kg)
    -double bent over row (2*24kg)
    -double mil. press (2*24kg)
    All done as a circuit with about 2 min. rest between

    -2 sets of 20 swings with 2 24's (45 sec. rest between the two)
    took about 45 min.
