Sunday Hard

CP/PU: 5 Ladders 1-3 with the 36kg (I really felt a lot of pressure in my low back during the left handed press, I ended up doing mostly push presses, I think my time would be best spent pressing the 32kg still!)
Sw: 9 rounds of OTM swings 18-21 swings per round with the 36kg (I could still use the 32kg for this and get great results)
