    Sunday Hard

    C&PP: 5 Ladders to 5 with 32 kg
    Swings: 14 swings followed by 20 second rest for 12 minutes (I like the shorter rest cycles)

    This was the day after the KB workshop. I pressed the 36kg about 5 times with each arm and I think that is why I had to push press the 32kg today. I usually do a stricter press.

    At the KB seminar, Richard said I should snap my hips more on my swings. I also liked the two-handed swing where he took his hands ...

    Swings: 24 swings followed by 45 sec. heavy bag rest for 15 minutes

    MP/PU: 5 Ladders 1-3 with 32kg and BW Pull-ups
    Snatch: 15L, 15R x 5

    C&P/PU: 5 Ladders to 5 with 32 kg and pull-ups with BW
    Swings: 17 swings followed by 30 second jump rope rest for 15 minutes (I like the shorter rest cycles)

    HR topped out at 186 BPM (Max is supposed to be 184)!

    Swings: 4 minutes of Tabata with 100 lbs. on the t-handle (used the Gymboss timer at AAMA).
