    Thursday Medium

    Pre-TGU: 5L, 5R
    C&P/PU: 5 ladders 1-2 using the 36kg, 3-6 pull-ups between ladders
    Sw: OTM swings for 7 rounds, 18 reps per round with the 36kg

    Sn: 6-7 sets of 12L, 12R Snatches with the 32kg (rested a bit between sets).

    C&P: Probably close to 10 "Ladders" 1L, 1R with the 36kg
    Sn: TOTM with the 24kg, 12L for the first 5 minutes, 12R for the last five minutes, 10 minutes total.

    CP: 5 ladders 1-3 with 36kg
    Sw: 1 round of 2 minutes non-stop (started with the 36kg and after about 1:10-15, dropped down to 32kg)

    Friday Variety

    Sw: 50 2-handed swings, active rest 1 minute, 40, rest, 30, rest, 20, rest, 10, rest (I have tried this 3 times now. The first time, I couldn't complete it with 24kg. Second time, I thought that it was reasonably challenging with the 24kg. Today, I felt it was reasonably challenging with the 32kg. Improvements!)
