    CP: 5 ladders 1-4 with 32kg
    Sw: 5 rounds of TOTM swings with the 32kg for 22 reps each round

    Sn/400M run: 5 rounds of 12L, 12R Snatch 32kg followed by a 400m jog

    MP: 5 ladders 1-3 with 32kg
    Sn: 3 minutes of TOTM snatches left hand (12) with the 24kg followed by the same with the right hand. Total time: 6 minutes

    CP: 5 ladders 1-5 with 32kg (this is getting a little too easy now!)
    Sw: 10 rds of 25 2-handed swings at the top of the minute (this was a SMOKER, I really started to give out on the 8 set and had to put the bell down in the middle of the 9th and 10th set to give my grip a break)
