    Same workout for the swings, 4 ladders of C&P.

    20 two-handed swings, 1 minute rest in which I performed 3 pull-ups for +20 minutes.

    C&P 4 Ladders to 5 reps each arm.

    Very similar to the 3rd of Sept.

    Began with the TGU warm-up, 15 repetitions each side.

    C&P 3 Ladders to 5 each arm.

    Took Julie to the park to do the swings and chin-ups.

    Two-handed swings for 20 repetitions with a minute rest done for +20 minutes. Chin-ups on during the minute rest. Played with the "Russian" and the "American" (overhead) swings. Heart rate reached 208 bpm!!!

    Took the kids to the park and worked out there while they played. 3rd workout with the 24kg bell...

    20 two-handed swings, 1 minute rest in which I performed 3 pull-ups for +20 minutes. Heart rate reached 188 bpm.

    C&P 3 Ladders to 5 reps each arm.
