    Finally able to do some work.

    Kb swing session - 2hands except for last set.

    In between sets I did 100 jumps with jumprope. Need to train the ankles/calves for soccer. Ankel/achilles injury is feeling better. Call it 90+%. Ready for next Tues. game.
