    ROP - light

    24K x 5 x 3 = 30 reps

    Continuous ladders. Uneventful. I needed a light day.

    Did not have it today. Cut it short when form eroded. I think the press volume has caught up with me. I will stick with the 24K for the balance of this week and see if it makes a difference.

    Wt 232. No change. Not surprising since I ate like a wildman yesterday. I was 230 mid week last week.

    ROP heavy - 4x5 + 1x4 = 70 reps.
    Continuous ladders, 24K.

    Sticking with the 24K this week and next and then will jump to 32 and start over.

    ROP - Medium - 5x4 = 50 reps

    Ladders went down like this:

    24K continuous
    32K, 32K, 24K, 24K
    40k, 32k, 24, 24k x 3

    Rested only when changing bells. Struggled with the 40K a bit, but it is good practice to get the feel of it..
