    Presses and Deads

    24K x 2x3, 1x4

    alternated w/

    245 x 3 x3

    Presses felt good so added another rung. 24K is not a challenging weight for me but slow and steady is the plan.

    Form and back are much improved . Backing off was the right thing to do. Will be modifying schedule in the next few weeks to incorporate 3 days each of PTTP and VWC.

    Back off day.

    Lower back is sore from goofing up the weights on deadlift day on Tuesday. Probably will take a day off tomorrow.

    Big mistake - meant to grab nickels, but grabbed dimes instead. Should have been 245.

    C&P continuous. 24K, x 3/3 - 18 reps per arm

    alternated with

    Deadlift - 235 x 3 x 3 = 9 reps.

    First week in the books. Feeling good. Forearms are a little sore from VWC but nothing else is hurting.

    ***mistake. Did 245 by accident.
