    VWC - 15:15 - 16k x 7 reps x 30 sets

    Big jump from Monday's 14 sets. Felt good.

    C&P, 24K x 3 ladders of 3 rungs = 18 reps per.

    Alternated with

    Deadlift - 220#s x 3sets of 3 reps.

    C&P ladders were continuous.

    Checked the weight today for the first time in a long time - 245. Now I have a starting point.

    Time to get back to the basics. Finally feel capable of working out like I know how.

    VWC - 15:15, 16K x 14 sets of 7 reps.

    A good start. No where near my previous levels but I will get there in time.

    TGU/Armbar - 16K x1 r/l
    Pistol - 1 w/ 16K (just to see if I was still flexible enough.

    TGU - 24K x 3 r/l

    OAP / pullup - 3 rounds
    1,1,3 (assisted) alternated with assisted pullups (60#s)

    First time I have done pullups since taking some time off to allow elbow to recover. Assistance allows strict form.

    Taking tomorrow off and playing soccer on Thurs.

    24K x 20 x 10, combo of 2hs,1hs,darc.

    LCCJ - 24K 1x5 r/l 16K 1x5 r/l - form is lacking. Need practice. Will continue to work this in.
