    Weight loss continues - 227. Nearly 40lbs!

    PPW today - pull ups, pistols, wheel. 2 ladders, 4 rungs. A little worn out from the July 4th celebration. Add some Iso work at the end of the last PU ladder.

    Holy Cow! I read up on the Warrior Diet and incorporated the timing into my already "clean" style of eating. Weight loss was immediate and dramatic. From June 4 until June 13 I dropped 10 lbs without even trying. I had to ratchet the times of day forward a few hours - I don't sleep well if I eat after 8PM and I start getting hungry around 4PM so that is my 4 hour window. I will continue this protocol as long as I can.

    Just finished week 3 of RKC minimium plus ladders of pullups and pistols on Wed/Sat.

    Weight 238.

    Concluded 6 weeks of Naked Warrior protocol + pullups (assisted) and "table push aways".
    Able to do 1 chin, 2 pistols each leg, but not quite successful w/ OAP.

    Weight: 245 20 lbs down!
