  1. Back in the Saddle

    Finally able to do some work.

    Kb swing session - 2hands except for last set.

    16x15 r/l

    In between sets I did 100 jumps with jumprope. Need to train the ankles/calves for soccer. Ankel/achilles injury is feeling better. Call it 90+%. Ready for next Tues. game.

    This was supposed to be my "heavy" day. I had plenty of wind but some tightness from soccer practice yesterday. I am rethinking my H,L,M days and I think Wednesday is my best bet for consistent high volume. Looking for 56-58 on Wednesday.

    Wednesday: VWC 15:15 16K x 7 x 24

    Moving to three days per week. Friday will be a medium day - 36 sets.

    Also, Sunday was soccer practice.
