30:30 32kg one arm swings 8/8 on the minute for 20 minutes
5x1/1 28kg TGUs

Titan Challenge baseline test part tres:
40 28kg TGU = 37:05
So as expected I know I can't do 40 32kg TGUs in 40min right now, so that's the baseline. It does seem completely doable given a few months practice, and the swings I could do now. So training now will concntrate on 32kg and 40kg swings and 32kg TGUs, maybe some 1/2 TGU w/ the 40kg as well. Once a week or so I'll do a VO2 max snatch workout to hold my form. That oughta' keep me busy.
