28kg TGUs to the hip bridge 3x3/3
32kg TGUs to the hip bridge 3x2/2
36kg TGUs to the hip bridge 3x1/1
3x5 janda
much sanding of the new/used 28 and 36kg bells. Both will need 2 more sessions before painting.
2 day business trip ahead. Will check gym at new hotel, which is a "real" gym in a mall attached to hotel. Maybe they'll have some light KBs for some high rep stuff. If not off will be fine.
