Beginner Standard, Step 2 CC

Each exercise: 7/5, 7/7, 7/9 to get used to the moves.

Incline Pushups: 1x10 (easy) 2-1-2
Flat Knee Raises: 1x10 (easy) 2-1-2
Horizontal Pulls: 1x7 (not easy) 2-1-2
Jackknife Squats: 1x10 (need to get deeper) 2-1-2
Straight Bridges: 1x10 (easy) 2-1-2
Crow: 10x (held about 2 seconds each, needs work)
Headstand: 2 minutes

Some of these steps may take more than 1 month to progress.

Use 'Good Behavior' for Step 2 starting 7/9.
