10 minutes on heavy punching bag
10 weighted chinups
5 weighted pullups
3 one arm pushups on each arm
15 one legged squats on left leg(sprained ankle on right)
40 raised leg pushups
5 weighted pistols
GTG on chinups, pullups and pistols(I average 120 chinups throughout the day)

Did 20 chinups which is a new PR for me
