18/4/07 - workout 3

pull-ups - BW, 2 minutes rest between sets
4x1

deadlift - 70kg's, 2 minutes rest between sets
4x1

one-armed clean-and-military press - 12.5kg's, 2 minutes rest between sets (left, right, two minutes rest, left...)
4x1

pistols - 10kg's (as with MP)
4x1

thoughts:

- this was done at abot 7:20pm; so a little over nine hours after I finished 'smorning's workout.
- pull-ups feeling nice and strong. Anticipating success in this movement.
- added weight to the MP, which made a surprisingly large change (ie. I could feel it) - not too hard; still having trouble engaging my lats. More looking forward to tomorrow when I get to increase my DL and pistol!
- everything felt fresh and good, up until the pistols, where my left leg was fatigued; interesting (if expected)!
- going to skim ETK, PTP, BB & NW to brush on on tension techniques.
- still no MA/MC; been sleeping crap and I'm just letting myself off. Karate and Ninjutsu classes tomorrow!
