thoughts:

- pull-ups felt weak; blood sugar is a bit funny today and I'm tired (slept a lot, though!) from the heat, so yeah... but anyway, pull-ups went fine, despite my major case of the yawns.
- my mind wasn't really in it, which I believe is always a big factor; I have also been needing to sleep more but resisting it, and not eating as much as I need to (let alone any surplus to make up for new training); I will do so
- deadlifts felt like pull-ups, but with better focus on tensionining, things started to go better; should've focused extra on pull-ups; should ALWAYS focus like this; form is better, I can feeeeeeel it
- MP's felt nice and strong. Forgot to do my arm wrestling thing until the second rep onwards. Lat always de-activates at the top of the rep on my left. Arghshit.
- suddenly realised: "hey. I haven't been tensing my legs during the MP!" Feel especially stupid since I realised I was supposed to be doing this during pull-ups, already. Tensed legs like a bastard for my final rep and it felt amazingly strong- like I was pressing a weight half as light!
- cleans are dodgy on left side. Must focus on them.
- pistols felt great! Best out of anything. Even though I lost form when I stopped focusing...
- funny feeling in my neck today.
- training essay is still coming, plus some basic ideas on... how I'm gonna be lifting. stay tuned, comrades. going to eat more + sleep more and try to chase this fatigue away.
