PTTP Produces PR

Just 6 weeks back into using the protocol (after a few months break trying other systems) and I PR on the shoulder press. My body weight hasn't changed a bit so it's really interesting understanding that this strength is not a change in size, but a change in skill.

It's not a huge weight, but for me, trying to get anything to trend up with the overhead press has been close to joke-worthy.

145 lbs in the air!

And in other news, my deadlift is coming back up. Still a far cry from 378 in July 2010, but much higher than the 315 in November.
