E2 EXPAND THE HAND BANDS: Blue+Yellow/ 10,5 ----------------- 15 med/hard

Lessons/Observations:
Each set of Pistols got stronger and cleaner. Much better balance on Double Swings and I my wind was better too.
I seem to be setting the COC better in my left hand and am making progress again finally for the first time since before the overuse tendonitis I got tearing cards. Finished with RIS as usual.
