E JANDA SIT UP: 35 on chest/ 6,6,4 ---------------------------- 16 med/hard

Lessons/Observations:
Holy cow what a jump on my See Saw Press from last week! Tactical pullups are sucking it up right now, harder than last week!
Really finding my groove with the Tiger Bend Pushups now, keeping shoulders packed and triceps are kicking!
