KB Cardio + a Couple of Bends

KB Snatch
15kg 6 Minutes-Alt 1Min L/R) x2
15kg 8 Minutes-Alt 1Min L/R) x1 HR154
24kg 2 Minutes-Alt 1Min L/R) x2 HR160
24 Minutes Total- Didnt count all the reps, but my guess is a 12-14RPM pace.
Bending
Bent a couple of 7" gutter spikes. Did this bend and straighten until it broke in two...Then bent those two smaller peices. Initial bend was easy. The two smaller pieces took a little more effort.
