Well i thought it would be a good idea to write down what i am doing
This is my current GTG program to hopefully get rid of my longtime 3 year old injury and get back into kung fu.
4-5 days a week
3-5 reps varying times trhoughout the day totalling 5 sets
Pistols ( currently doing 3 only half way down ) left leg is the weak one.
Chinups
Clean and press
ab movement ( either leg raise, janda situp, russian twist )
