Training Log: April 19th, 2008

Warm Up: 10 minutes of Halos, Face the Wall Squats, and the pump stretch.

Program minimum "Man Maker"
Goal: 12 minutes alternating between swings and Jogging
Done: not sure was REALLY hot out mid 90's i think Texas heat. I was dehydrated to i think i may have done 15 minutes but didn't actually do that many. Need to hydrate for tomorrow!I am Completely gassed.
