Weighted Pull-up BW+50lbsx3, BW+40lbsx3, BW+50lbsx3, BW+40lbsx3, BW+50lbsx3

32kg Snatches 3x5

Windmill 32kgx3x1 l,r

Today I did the snatches with only a minute rest between sets and it was great. Every single rep went up very smoothly. I can definitely feel an improvement since last month on these.
