    PM: 2mile interval run with my girlfriend finished off with a nice long walk with a lot of hills.

    For the past couple of days my appetite has just been gone. I'm not hungry at all and when I do eat I feel like I'm going to be sick just because I have to force myself to eat.     I was out all weekend and had very little sleep and my body was telling me to take it a little easier today, so I did. My left shoulder started to bother me again so I'm going to take a break from lifting weights for a week or so and just relax.

    Today I did the snatches with only a minute rest between sets and it was great. Every single rep went up very smoothly. I can definitely feel an improvement since last month on these.
