For the past couple of days my appetite has just been gone. I'm not hungry at all and when I do eat I feel like I'm going to be sick just because I have to force myself to eat. This didn't bother me too much until today when it actually felt like it was affecting my workout. I just felt a little more tired than usual during the workout and really had to concentrate on what I was doing. As for strength, I felt like I was just training a little too close to failure. I'll just back off a bit for the next week or so and see how it goes.
