    Warm up: body wt squats, TKEs

    Pistols: 3x8sets (assisted - one hand on squat rack)
    GHR: 5x5sets xPurple Band Assist
    Pull ups on I-beam, fingers only: 5x3xBW

    Pullups on I-beam: just a few using fingers only, for feel (still have cast on)

    Run, run, hop, pistols*, pant/rest (~10 sec), repeat. Did whole football stadium. Time unknown.

    * Pistols are assisted. I held on to a pole: one hand for left and two hands for right. Right knee ligament is still sore. Amazing - after weeks of layoff. Apparently rest has no recuperative effect on this injury.

    Run, run, hop, pant/rest (~10 sec), repeat. Did whole football stadium in less than 20 mins.

    Major sidetrack for training

    Saw orthopedist today. He said that I have a small break in my thumb and ligament damage (extent unknown). He ordered a cast, which I will wear for 2 wks. Follow up eval in 2 wks.
