    Continue to enjoy my backoff week. I'm ready to start my next cycle...

    10 Minutes:
    1 Arm Swings, 16 kg, 3x(20+20)
    2 Arm Swings, 32 kg, 3 x 15

    Mobility drills - focusing on rehabing a sore left shoulder and a touch of left elbow tendonitis. Shoulder and elbow soreness is almost gone, but shoulder strength is probably 75% of right side. Left grip also lags right. I'll address these weaknesses in coming cycles.
