    My FTW squats are getting closer to the wall and lower. That being said, I get a feeling in my legs similar to maybe a shin splint or something?

    At any rate, one thing I have noticed is my posture is certainly getting better - I can certainly feel it.

    Rewatched and rewatched the beginning of ETK, paying particularly more attention to Pavel's lower legs. I'm letting myself bend there a bit more (vs trying to do it like I was in ski-boots) and I can do the FTW squats easier now, and a lot closer to the wall. This morning I did 5 sumo deadlifts that way (FTW, only a few inches off) and will continue to do so until I can do toe-to-wall FTW sumo deadlifts.

    Moved a bit more back away from the wall for the squats. I can do it now, its a lot easier but still tough. I need to get some tape to mark my progress. Good starting point, but I do want to improve it. Not sure how long is a realistic goal in terms of being able to do them with my toes against the wall.

    Beginning to do Face-the-wall Squats. Can't get all the way down yet, nor would I describe it as them as "slow and deliberate." The lower I get, the faster I want to get back up. I can see myself on these for a while.

    Once I can met the goal for the FTW Squats (:P), I will move on to the next test/drill.
