Training Log: November 17th, 2008

Recently I've been mostly doing the push-ups with HITT (ala naked warrior) to work up to a 1-arm pushup by New Years Day. By reminding myself this is my goal, I just made myself realize I must immediately take it to the next level by working on doing one handers on my knees. Currently I can only emphasize a hand and not do it all on one completely. This is where I will begin. Been doing 2-3 sets of 3-5

I've been doing the suped up toe touch for flexibility. I also do slow twists (ala super joints) and occasionally do hip flexors stretches. Want to do these more (ala relax into stretch)

I've been running more than I have in a long time and thankfully not in an over-doing it way. I've been getting winded with some of them (playing catch with the football/running routes) and suprising myself with others (ran for a very long time non-stop, almost 30min...this is unheard of, Im not even sure if I beleive I did it.

For my abs I've been doing the 1 legged raises from bullet proof abs and the janda situps whenever I'm around someone who I can convince to help me do em. No cash for the pavelizer yet. =) Been doin 2-5 sets of 5
