    Began first workout of first cycle of PTP today, with the deadlift and bench press. Depending on how the weight increases feel after 4-5 workouts, I will decide on what type of cycle I will use (i.e., linear, wave, or step). Here's what I did today:

    Deadlift: 260x5, 225x5
    Bench Press: 160x5, 145x5
    -also did a few 1-2-3 pull-up ladders, nowhere near failure, along with jumping rope afterwards
