    Ok I will now endeavour to keep this up to date !
    Half term week so I am going to follow week 4 of Stew Smiths S.W.A.T fitness book for a challenge and some variety.

    Stretching warm up.

    max pull ups;50 abs x4 .Totalled 50 pull ups.

    5x 40m hill sprint in pouring rain

    40 minutes of push ups and pull ups as follows;

    20 minutes of 20 push ups and 20 pull ups,alternating each exercise every minute on the minute.
    20 minutes of 10 hindu push ups and 5 pull ups as above.

    Total; 300 push ups,120 pull ups.

    Felt relatively fresh at the end.
