Morning: ~5 mile nature run/fartlek run evening: Benchpress, 135lbs at 5 reps, 155lbs at 4 reps, 175lbs at 3 reps, 195lbs at reps. (shoulda stopped at 3, had to be spotted to finish 5th) Deadlift, 295lbs at 3 reps, 2 sets. 315lbs at 3 reps *hanging back stretches and light conditioning
Deadlifts: 2x4, 240lbs. Weighted Pullup: 2sets, first set; 3.25PU's, Second set; 2.5PU's Conditioning: Heavy; burpees, power ups, knee high jumps, rinse and repeat... 1.3mile jog/run/cooldown
Deadlifts: 2x4, 235lbs. One Arm Pullups: 2x4 Weighted Pullups: 2sets, First set; 3PU's, Second set; 2.5PU's Conditioning: light; jump roped, burpees, power ups, quick hand movements
Deadlifts: 2x4, 230lbs. One Arm Pullups: 1x2 Weighted Pullups: 2x3, 25lbs. (2 completed sets of 3reps!!!)
