Morning: ~5 mile nature run/fartlek run
evening: Benchpress, 135lbs at 5 reps, 155lbs at 4 reps, 175lbs at 3 reps,
195lbs at reps. (shoulda stopped at 3, had to be spotted to finish 5th)

Deadlift, 295lbs at 3 reps, 2 sets. 315lbs at 3 reps
*hanging back stretches and light conditioning
