    Second set, 4 reps alt. grip

    One Arm PU's: 1x4

    Weighted PU's: 2sets First set, 2.5 reps.
    Second set, 2.5reps.

    Conditioning:
    Jump rope, 3 sets of 30sec, alternated velocity, 30sec break inbetween each set

    High knees(jumping and lifting knees to chest), 2 sets, 30sec. 30sec break inbetween ...
