NWU1 earlier in the day.
A 20 minute swim session followed by a mile walk/run.
R phase after, still working on the moves so I took alot of time to focus on each movement. For the most part I feel the moves are being done correctly, I am having a little trouble with the medial/later ankle tilts hitting the right spot. As well as the toe pulls hitting my shins. The only other problem area is the thoracic circles, their quite a trick indeed.
