*Double KB MP: sets of 3,4,5,3,4,5,3,4,5 w/24kg KBs; approx. 90 sec break between sets.
*A1 - Deadlift w/255lbs 5x5;
*A2 - Weighted Pull Ups w/30lbs 5x5;
Done in the following manner: (A1, 70 sec break, A2), 2 min break, (A1, 70 sec break, A2), (A1, 70 sec break, A2), 2 min break, (A1, 2 min break, A2), 2 min break, (A1, 2 min break, A2). Had to take a couple of short breaks inbetween reps on the last set of both exercises.
