    *C&P: 4 series of 1, 2, 3, 4 rep sets; rest between sets within a series: 10 sec per-rep-performed; rest between each series: 1.5 min.
    *One-Arm Floor Presses with 1 pood, 1 set of 5 with each arm.
    *5 reps of slow, high tension negatives on Ab Paverlizer II with 20 lb on it.
