    *Morning Recharge (Martial Power DVD)

    *C&P: 6 series of 1, 2, 3 reps with 1 to 1.5 min. rest between each series and about 10 sec rest between each set.
    *One-Arm Floor Presses with 1 pood, 1 set of 5 with each arm.
    *1 rep of slow, high tension negative on Ab Paverlizer II with 20 lb on it.

    Notes: need to pay attention to abs, glutes tension.

    Started on the 'RKC Ladder' for presses with 1 pood KB. For explanation of the program see the link above in the Bio/Goals, I'm following the program as described.

    Forgot to clean before each press.
