    *A1 - Front Squats (bar on shoulders) w/135lbs 6x4;
    *A2 - Weighted Pull Ups w/25lbs 6x4;
    *A3 - Double DB Incline Press (standing) w/40lb DBs 6x4;
    Done in the following manner: (A1, 70 sec break, A2, 70 sec break, A3), 2 min break, (A1, 70 sec break, A2, 70 sec break, A3), etc.
    Was surprised to have finished the whole session in half an hour.

    *Double KB MP: sets of 3,4,5,3,4,3,2 w/24kg KBs; approx. 2 min break between sets.
    *A1 - Deadlift w/235lbs sets of 3,4,5,3,4,3,2;
    *A2 - Row (chest supported, parallel grip) w/125lbs sets of 3,4,5,3,4,3,2;
    Done in the following manner: A1, 2 min break, A2, 2 min break, A1, etc.
    *Janda Sit Up: 1x5 of slow negatives and partial positives on AP2 w/10lbs on it.
