1.5 Pood KB Snatch - 4! <1> 4! <1> 4! <1> 3! (36 total reps, 864 kg [1920 lb] volume) per arm

NOTES : As the tear in the right palm almost healed up, I decided to give the routine another go. I passed my previous workout. However . . . CRRRRKKKKK! . . . A skin tear on my LEFT palm! Wow, I guess I'll jump-rope during my healing, heh.
