I keep forgetting to post here...
So today was TGU day.When I tried to do some VWC snatch workouts I found my shoulders gave out( as well as wind).So I decided to head back to the PM and work on building up shoulder stamina and get my wind up a bit.
Today warmed up with around the body pass,halos,naked arm bars.
5 minutes of naked get ups
5 minute 16kg arm bars 1min L/R 1 min rest repeat
5 minute Half ups with 20kg bell.
2 sets of ab wheel rollouts.
Was really focusing on packing the shoulder and stability.Upped the weight to 20 kg to focus on stability.
