Today was TGU day. Warmed up with around the body passes,halos, figure 8 and naked arm bars.
5 min naked get ups
5 min armbars 16kg 1min L/R rest repeat.
5 Min 24kg Half Ups.
Misc grip training- Pinch, finger tip pinch, Puck hub.
-Ab wheel rollouts(from knees)- trying to build up high tension.
Wasnt a strenuous workout but hefting the 24 was hard.Really pushed grip and shoulder stability.
Good solid practice today.
