It has been 110 for over a week now.I have been beat but havent been working out and have been slacking on the Warrior Diet as well.It has been almost 3 weeks since I have even touched a kettlebell. So it is time to hop back on the PM and get it going again.I have been doing kettlebells for awhile and sadly I have never really left the Program Minimum.I dabbled with a few other programs here and there but quickly came back to the PM for one reason or another.I tried doing VWC but my shoulders were not up to it so I went back to the PM to build back up.I have not ever started the ROP or done the SSST.I want to complete the ROP and chase the SSST.
So today was Get ups. warmed up with around the body passes, halos,pump stretches and wall squats.
1min naked arm bars L/R
1min naked getups L/R
1min 8kg arm bars L/R
1min 8kg Getups L/R time remaining focusing on form up to elbows.
5min 12kg Getups
Tore a deck of cheapo cards 32/20 these cards fall apart before wanting to tear...
3 sets of 5 second negatives with SA, 5 reps with B, then 25 band extensions.
Not too bad a workout all things considered.Focused on form and shoulder packing.
