    Note: Emphasized a more active flip and lockout per the KB Basics DVD. Really felt easier on the grip, more explosive, took a bit less "muscling" to get the rep in. Need to keep emphasis on explosive/active flip/lockout, think it will add quite a few more reps to my total.
