    Note: Wk7 of KB Snatch EDT. Starting to really kick my ass. Probably should have set a more realisting goal than 1x24 @1.5pd right off the bat, but I'll keep with it until I can't do the reps. Shouldn't have done the 1x30 @1pd yesterday; hamstrings/back were OK, but grip got fried by sets 6&7 of EDT. Decided ...
