Here is the JMO for the day:
1) Three plane neck movement (12 reps)
2) Shoulder cirlces( 12 reps)
3) Fist exercises (12 reps)
4) Wrist rotations (12 reps)
5) Elbow cirlces (12 reps)
6) The egytpian (12 reps)
7) Arm cirlces( 12 reps)
8) Ankle cirlces (12 reps)
9) Knee cirlces (12 reps)
10) Hula hoop (12 reps)
11) Belly dance (12 reps)
12) Cossack (12 reps)
13) Spine flexion (12 reps)
14) Spine rotation (12 reps)
15) Ghost pulling knife (12 reps)-still have the right shoulder "popping" on this exercise
I did only 12 reps today. Yesterday it felt hard to do all 37 reps. So right now I am going to keep them lower. And did not do any kettlebells today. I wanted to take a day off. My body was feeling like it needed it and I am sure tommorow I will feel better and have more energy for the Friday routine.
