Did the JMO today:
Here is the breakdown.
1)Three plane neck movement.(15 reps)
2)Shoulder cirlces(15 reps)
3)Fist exercises(15 reps)
4)Wrist rotations(15 reps)
5)Elbow circles (15 reps)
6)The egyptian (15 reps)
7)Arm cirlces (15 reps)
8)Ankle circles (15 reps)
9)Knee circles (15 reps)
10) Hula hoop(15 reps)
11)Belly dance (15 reps)
12)Cossack (15 reps)
13)Spine flexion (15 reps)
14)Spine rotation (15 reps)
15)Ghost pulling knife(15 reps)
Still keeping withing that rep range for now. It feels good. Now here si the ETK min. for the day
1)Wall squats(10 repsX 4 sets)
2)Halo with 18lb bell (10 reps X 4 sets)
3)Pumps(10 reps X 4 sets)
Then it was TGU for 5 minutes with 18 lb bell.

2) 4 right
