Hers is the run down for today:
JMO.
1)Three plane neck movements(15 reps)
2)Fist execrcises (15 reps)
3)Wrist rotations (15 reps)
4) Shoulder circles (15 reps)
5) Elbow cirlces (15 reps)
6)The egyptian (15 reps)
7)Arn circles (15 reps)
8)Ankle cirlces (15 reps)
9)Knee circles ( 15 reps)
10)Hula hoop (15 reps)
11)Belly dance (15 reps)
12)Cossack (15 reps)
13)Spine flexion (15 reps)
14)Spine rotation (15 reps)
15)Ghost pulling knife (15 reps)
And here is the ETK Min. for the day. All with the 18 lb bell.
1)Wall squats( 4 sets of 10 reps)
2) Halo(4 sets of 10 reps)
3)Pumps(4 sets of 10 reps)
THe it was TGU with the 18lb bell.

My knee was hurthing still today, however when I warmed up the pain went away and I had no pain at all when I did my TGU.
So this is my first offical week of doint the ETK min. I will continue for the next three weeks and then I will move onto the ROP. I feel good that I am doing it, and I know that I will arrive to my goal and then aftef this I will move onto the next heavier kettlebell, which will be the 35lb for me.
